Products purchased on Medkart24 shall be eligible to return if they fall under the following criteria:
Make sure not to accept any product that is tampered with or the seal is broken at the time of delivery. You have the right to decline acceptance for damaged products. Still, if the product is delivered by any means or you find damage on unpacking the parcel, you can return the product to Medkart24. We do not guarantee a replacement of every product as replacement depends upon the availability of the product in question. But, we do guarantee a refund for the products which we cannot replace.
To return a product, get in touch with our customer care team at (contact no.) or write to us at (email address) within 7 days of the delivery date. Medkart24 reserves the right to reject any return/ replace request placed after 7 days of product delivery. Once a return request is placed, we shall verify the authenticity of the return reason given. If everything goes as per our policy, we will initiate the return and refund process. The refund will be initiated only when the pickup is done and the concerned person confirms product verification.
Once Medkart24 receives a green signal from the concerned vendor after the verification of the product returned/ replaced, we initiate the refund/ replacement

Injections and vaccines
The mode of refund depends upon the payment method. If you have opted for refund to the Medkart wallet, the total amount will be reflected in your wallet within 24-48 hours. On the other hand, if the mode of refund is a bank account or debit/ credit card, it will take 7 working days to be reflected in your account. In case you do not receive the refund within 7 working days in your bank account, then it might be due to the concerned bank’s policy. If so happens, check with your banking partner as Medkart24 does not take any responsibility for the amount not being reflected in your account cause of the bank’s policy.
Yes, the refund policy does apply to the medical tests booked on Medkart24. No refund will be issued for canceling medical test bookings after the confirmation is given to the user. You can reschedule the appointment depending on the availability.
The refund for any medical tests booked via Medkart24 shall be processed only under the following circumstances:
Medkart24 is only the intermediary platform between you and the concerned medical practitioner/ doctor for the services booked. Once you book an appointment, we get it confirmed from the concerned team and send the user a confirmation message. For appointments booked and confirmed at Medkart24, no refund shall be made on canceling the appointment by the user. However, suppose the appointment is canceled by our end or due to the non-availability of the registered practitioner. In that case, Medkart24 shall issue a full or partial refund depending upon the circumstance and in consultation with the respective medical practitioner. But, under no circumstance, Medkart24 give any guarantee of refund for appointments canceled.
The customer can cancel the order anytime before the order is shipped. Once the order is shipped and Medkart24 sends you the shipping notification, cancellation of the order is not allowed. For medical tests, cancellation is permitted before the sample collection. For doctor consultation, you can cancel before receiving the confirmation from Medkart24 regarding the booking. Medkart24 will not accept any cancellation request after the booking confirmation is shared with the user and no refund will be made in that case.
Medkart24 reserves the right to cancel any order if the order is against the breach of policy or feel that the order isn’t made by the end-user but for resale purposes. Medkart24 can cancel the order under the following circumstances:
If the order is canceled within the correct timeframe and is in accordance with the return policy of Medkart24, then no cancellation charges will be levied on the Canceled Order.
